Product Description
The 5 axis GL4025 is a high performance CNC double column machining center which has high precision and rigidity characteristics. The machine has very high strength, excellent rigidity and stability. All castings of the machine are secondary tempered to provide excellent rigidity to the fuselage. The gate bridge and base use integrated structural design to provide excellent stability for the machine. The machine also equips a high speed and precision spindle. The speed range of the spindle is up to 6000RPM and the maximum cutting feed speed is from 10 till 7000 RPM. The materials of the spindle can absorb vibration which can effectively avoid accuracy problems in the process of machining.
