The DBM-1820 is a high preformance horizontal boring and milling machining center with high automated. The overall rigidity of this machine is excellent. All the castings have been secondary tempered to provide extremely high hardness and rigidity to the whole machine. The machine is equipped with advanced computer numerical control (CNC) system and technology, it can realize high precision and high automation processing work, greatly provide processing efficiency and processing quality. Numerical control system we use Mitsubishi numerical control system M80 which imported from Japan, it is simple to operate and easy to use, which can reduce the learning cost and learning time. The precision and rigidity of the spindle are also excellent. The material of the spindle can absorb the vibration generated in the process of machining, effectively ensuring the machining accuracy of the workpiece.
