The 4 axis version of GL3015 is a gantry double column machining center which has high precision and high rigidity characteristics. The overall rigidity of the mahcine is very excellent which can provide the machine with a very high stability and ensure that there will be no deformation in the process of processing or other problems to ensure the stability and quality of processing. This machine is also equiped a good performance spindle which can provide high speed and high accuracy for the machining. The speed range of the spindle is 6000RPM and the maximum cutting feed speed is up to 7000RPM which can provide excellent performance for machining. The rigidity of the spindle is also excellent. The material of spindle can absorb the vibration generated during machining to ensure the machining accuracy.
