Product Description
The 5-axis GL2015 is a Double Column Gantry Machining Center which features with high rigidity, high precision and high speed. This machine's worktable size is 2200mm*1300mm and the maximum laod bearing capacity is up to 6t. The body and worktable are made of high strength and high quality cast iron, and the excellent body structure makes this machining center have very excellent high rigidity and stability. X axis guide rail adopts heavy load guide rail support structure, high load module layout is reasonable, so that the machine has a long and stable precision and rigidity.
GL2015 is also equipped with high rigidity and precision high-speed spindles with a maximum RPM of 6000. The spindle has excellent vibration resistance, which can avoid the precision problem caused by tool vibration.
