Product Description

TV-550 is a high-speed and high precision CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center which independently developed and produced by our company. It has the characteristics of high speed, high precision, high stability and high rigidity. The machine is equipped with high speed and high precision transmission system, which not only has no backlash problem, but also is very stable. Both three axis are using high speed and high precision linear guideway, with the characteristics of fast acceleration, it can effectively improve work efficiency and productivity. High torque motor can shorten the axial positioning time, speed up to 60m/min only take 0.21 seconds. Both X,Y and Z axis rapid feed speed is 60m/min, reducing location time by 30% to 50%. The TV-550is also using the TIDD heat source barrier spindle drive system, it can greatly improve the working efficiency and prolong the service life. The High speed and high precision linear guideway that we use on TV series CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center can greatly reduce the driving horsepower required by the machine.
