Product Description
The TV-700 CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center is one of the TV series wihch was developed by our company independently. It has the characteristics of high speed, high rigidity, high precision and high stability. The machine's base, column and table are all made of high quality materials, providing high rigidity to the structure of the machine. The castings are calculated and analyzed by computer, and the reasonable structural strength is matched with reinforcing ribs, which greatly improves the rigidity. The three axis are supported by wire rails, which can support heavy loads while maintaining fast movement to ensure accurate positioning. The main spindle nose is designed without counterweight, it is driven by high power Z-axis motor, which is sensitive and accurate. This machine is equipped with 200 liter water tank, and equipped with rear row crumbs, the drainage channel inclination angle is large, chip liquid re-flux speed is fast, can quickly wash away the chip, achieve the function of rapid chip removal, effectively avoid the problem of chip accumulation.
