It adopts high-strength heavy duty cast iron, compact structure with good strength and hardness. The integral box structure of the base bed greatly enhances the overall rigidity and stability of the machine. All castings have been secondary tempered to give the machine extremely high stability and rigidity, which can effectively avoid demormation problems during the process of processing. The castings also can absorb vibration to ensure the accuracy will not be effected by the vibration and improve the quality of the processing. This machine is mainly used to process parts with high precision, many processes and complex shapes such as plates, disc parts, shell parts, molds, etc. It can continuously complete milling, drilling, expanding, reaming and boring in one clamping. The spindle group is produced by Taiwan professional manufacturers, with high precision and high rigidity. The bearing adopts P4 grade spindle special bearing
