5 axis horizontal machining center with CE

The HMC-1270 5-axis horizontal machining centers are advanced CNC machines that combine horizontal spindle orientation with multi-axis capabilities for precision machining of complex workpieces.  The machine adopts the international popular inverted T-type movable column integral bed structure, whether the structure or layout of the whole machine has enough strength, rigidity and stability. The worktable size of this machine is 1380mm*600mm and the maximum load bearing capability of it is up to 900kg. All the castings have been secondary temerped to provide high hardness, high rigidity and high stability for the overall machine. This machine also equips a high performance spindle which can provide high speed for the preocessing. The speed range of the spindle is 8000RPM and the maximum cutting feed speed of the spindle is from 1 till 8000RPM. The spindle can maintain high precision while maintaining high rotation, which not only greatly reduces the processing time, but also can effectively reduce the fatigue of workers and reduce the processing costs.
